Project to create healthy communities with the Praboromarajchanok Institute, Model 2022: 1 college, 1 community in honor of His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn (2022-2024). Sirindhorn College of Public Health Phitsanulok Province, Faculty of Public Health and Allied Health Sciences.

Project to develop the potential of village health volunteers (VHVs) in monitoring diabetes and high blood pressure under the project to create healthy communities with the Praboromarajchanok Institute, Model 2022: 1 college, 1 community in honor of His Majesty the King. His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn Sirindhorn College of Public Health Phitsanulok Province.

Examples of activities to assess literacy to further develop: Evaluate leadership in health behavior change (Change agents) to promote knowledge and skills in each area. and behavior in disease prevention according to the principles of “3 อ. (food, exercise, and emotions) 3 ลด (reduce 3 risk factors; weight loss, quitting alcohol and cigarettes)” for village health volunteers to have health knowledge in disease prevention and control.

Picture 1-2: The meeting presentation on the project was held with community leaders, sub-district administrative organizations, and relevant stakeholders on February 15, 2565. The purpose was to discuss the criteria and evaluation methods for assessing the performance of government officials.

On June 1, 2024, under the leadership of the Director of Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Phitsanulok Province in collaboration with the Chaloem Phrakiat 60th Anniversary Health Station, Nawamintrachini Ban Ngio Ngam and village health volunteers in Lan Ba subdistrict visited the prototype area for project implementation of Praboromarajchanok Institute Model 2022: 1 College 1 community in honor of His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn (2022-2024) to screen, monitor, control and prevent chronic non-communicable diseases with ping pong, traffic, 7 colors of life. Among at-risk people aged 15 years and over, in the area of village No. 5, Ban Tha Kham, Lan Ba Subdistrict, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province.
