為確保香港童軍運動能與時並進，並切合不同年齡層成員的成長需要，總會於 2024年成立「支部檢討工作小組」，全面檢視各支部的年齡層分布、發展方向及訓練架構，並就修訂各支部訓練綱要展開系統性研究及規劃工作。

經過整合各方意見，並於修訂訓練框架及經過諮詢程序後，小童軍活動指引及各支部新修訂之訓練綱要經已完成，於2026年8月15日起實施。

To ensure that the Scouting Movement in Hong Kong remains up-to-date and meets the developmental needs of members across different age groups, the Association established the "Section Review Task Force" in 2024. The Task Force has conducted a comprehensive review of the age group distribution, developmental direction, and training frameworks of each section, alongside initiating systematic research and planning to revise the training syllabuses for all sections.

Following the integration of feedback from various parties, the refinement of the training framework, and a thorough consultation process, the Grasshopper Scout Activity Guidelines and the newly revised training syllabuses for all sections have been completed. They will take effect on 15 August 2026.
