「積極公民」獎章系列
Active Citizenship Badge Series
世界童軍組織通過不同方式推動積極公民教育，培養青少年的社會責任感、領導能力和個人成長。香港童軍總會同時致力於培養青少年的公民意識和社會責任感。為此，我們特別推出了「積極公民」獎章系列，透過一系列挑戰，激勵童軍成員積極參與社會事務，發展他們的領導能力和團隊合作能力。
The Scout Association of Hong Kong focuses on enhancing civic awareness and social responsibility among youth. To this end, we introduced the “Active Citizenship Badge Series” in May 2024, which encourages youth members to actively participate in social affairs, developing their leadership skills and teamwork through various challenges.
「積極公民」獎章系列背景與目的
此獎章系列旨在透過實踐公民責任、參與社會服務計畫、發展領導能力等活動，培養青少年成為具有良好道德、知識和技能的積極公民，能夠積極服務社會，為社會的進步和發展作出貢獻。
教授及主考
各團團長可指派合適領袖教導相關內容及作主考，並於考核後申報。
獎章佩戴位置
佩戴在右袖上，在地域章及區章下方，世界童軍組織推出的獎章的位置。該位置最多平行佩戴世界童軍組織推出的獎章或「積極公民」獎章系列獎章合共四枚。佩戴次序為按考獲的時序排列，最早考獲的放前方，由前至後排列。
