Field Trip: Below are links to sign up to be a chaperone for the Tuesday, August 26th, 2025 field trip to the Musical Instrument Museum. On the bottom right is a link to the Configio Payment portal, which also has a link to the field trip permission slip (which has also been distributed in class).

MIM 2025: Chaperone Sign-upScottsdale Preparatory Academy is taking the entire 8th grade class on a field trip to the Music Instrument Museum on Tuesday, August 26th. The bus will depart from Scottsdale Prep at 8:45AM and we will return to SPA for sack lunch at SPA sometime time between 12:15PM and 12:30PM. Chaperones, please meet in the Cafeteria by 8:30AM to help us organize the students into their assigned groups and board the bus (they are dismissed from class at 8:55AM). We need to supply a minimum of one chaperone for every 10 students. The 8th grade class is approximately 175 students, so we are looking for 18 total chaperones. I am amenable to bringing a few extra chaperones to help keep student groups smaller, and serve as back up (just in case), to ensure we have enough chaperones the day of.
