Supply List by Course
Education and Training, Teaching I, and Event Planning courses -mandatory course fee of $20 which will be used to purchase project supplies for the class, cover the cost of field trip lab experiences, FTA and FCCLA memberships are an additional fee for the school year (August - July).
Optional Student leadership organizations: FTA annual dues - $10, FCCLA annual dues $20.
Required items:

1-2" white or black Binder with clear pockets for front binder inserts
Wide ruled notebook paper
Blue or black ink pens
# 2 pencils
1 glue sticks
Personal ear buds or headphones for on-line learning
Students will use their Google Drive account with the school email they are provided (they must memorize their login info for Chromebooks, Kuder Navigator, Google Classroom, Schoology, etc.)
Optional supplies for bonus points in all classes: Any 3 items listed below Due the 3rd week of term.

Disinfectant cleaning wipes (for desks and surface cleanup)

Teaching II students (No course fee) are expected to provide their own transportation to offsite lab experiences in the community schools 3 days per week (Tues - Thursday). Students will also complete 1 relevant article critique per week and assemble a portfolio (430 pts.) of work throughout the year. Students are strongly encouraged to join and lead our (CTSO)career tech student organization Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) and our student professional organization Future Teachers of Alabama (FTA). FCCLA dues are $20 per year. FTA dues are $10 per year. Excellent work ethics and attendance are expected. Transportation cost for field trips or site visits will be paid by the student.
Teach and Train Internship students are selected by application and teacher approval for qualifying seniors. These students must have completed the 3 previous Teach and Train courses with an A average and outstanding review from the mentoring teacher. Internship students are expected to provide their own transportation to offsite lab experiences in community schools 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday). Students are strongly encouraged to join and lead our (CTSO)career tech student organization Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) and our student professional organization Future Teachers of Alabama (FTA).
