Larry has a unique gift in problem solving and attention to detail has made him one the areas "go-to guy" for any problem relating to water, dirt, or concrete.

Brian Scott is the General Manager with 20 years of Civil Engineering & Construction Management experience. After earning his B.S. of Civil Engineering from WVU Brian managed and designed numerous Power & Infrastructure projects all over the United States before returning back to Petersburg in 2015.
