The CA Adult Education Google Summit is back for 2019! This second Google Summit is a collaborative event planned by the California Adult Education Program Technical Assistance Project (CAEP TAP), Outreach and Technical Assistance Network (OTAN), and Inland Adult Education Consortium.

Scheduled for December 6, 2019, the CA AE Google Summit will be hosted at San Bernardino Valley College at 701 S. Mt. Vernon Avenue, San Bernardino 92410.

The Summit will be located in the Business Building on campus and will start in the Business Conference Center (B100). Doors open at 7:30am for Sign in and breakfast - workshops will start promptly at 8:30 am. All participants must be Signed In before attending workshops.

All adult educators and staff who attend will learn the power of Google and, at Summit's end, be able to start their own journeys on becoming experts in collaboration and innovation using technology.

This all day event will include workshops that cover Google's:

  • Applied Digital Skills,
  • Accounts, Mail, Calendar,
  • Drive and Docs,
  • Chrome and Extensions,
  • Classroom,
  • Forms and Quizzes,
  • Slides and Draw,
  • Sites,
  • ...and More Googles!

Each session will provide information and teach skills that can be taken back to an adult education program to be used with colleagues and students. Use the menu item "Schedule" to view the current list of workshops and time frames.
