The 21CSLA Equity Leadership Collaborative is a year-long professional learning experience designed to build the capacity of educational leaders to identify, analyze, and address inequities within schools and districts. Starting with the Leadership Lab, teams will continue their professional learning through a community of practice and gain additional support through coaching. Through intensive learning, collaborative problem-solving, and personalized coaching, participants develop and implement equity action plans that create meaningful change for students.

Participants will join a crossdistrict learning community to refine and implement their equity action plans.

At least one member of your team recevies confidential, non-evaluative leadership coaching from experienced administrators throughought the 2026-2027 school year.
