The Counselor Spring Institute is TWO FULL DAYS of Connecting, Advocating, Relating, and Education.

Tuesday and Wednesday, March 24-25, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.

PARKING

Parking is FREE (no permit needed) for the CSI event; however, you must park in any STUDENT space on in Parking Structure 2 (see map). Disabled parking requires a decal or placard.

WHAT TO EXPECT UPON ARRIVAL

Check-in stations will be grouped alphabetically by last name in the University Union Ballroom lobby (see Union Floor 1 map, attached).

Doors will open at 7:45 a.m. The event will begin promptly at 8:30 am each day.

The CSUS University Union is a public building. Please DO NOT leave items unattended in rooms.

Suggested attire is business casual. We encourage a light sweater or jacket in case the rooms are chilly.
