CTE Department

As a Stride Career Preparation (SCP) School, the faculty in the CTE Department at Cyber Academy of South Carolina (CASC) wants every student prepared to answer the question, “Are you ready?” All students should graduate from high school ready for college, careers, and life, prepared to pursue the future of their choosing... The CTE curriculum combines traditional academics with industry-relevant, career-focused electives—giving students not only a jump-start on their college and career goal, but the ability to answer, “yes!”

High school students enrolled the Cyber Academy of South Carolina have the opportunity to choose from 12 different career pathways aligned within 7 nationally recognized career clusters. As a component of their customized learning experience, students @CASC will complete at least one career pathway on their journey to graduation. CASC offers unique classes that allow students to pursue their interests in areas such as business, computer programming, finance, child development, health science, marketing and more. CTE and Career Learning Programs give students the opportunity to earn workplace credentials and participate in career and technical clubs, outings, and experiences.
