Alexis was inducted into the HOSA Hall of Fame as an alumni at the 2026 International Leadership Conference. The Hall of Fame recognizes individuals whose extraordinary dedication and service have advanced HOSA and health science education.
For nearly a decade, Alexis Adams has been a defining presence in Rhode Island HOSA, exemplifying its core values of learning, leadership, service, and innovation. As a founding member at Scituate High School, she quickly distinguished herself through hands-on learning and competitive success, earning a top 10 placement at the International Leadership Conference (ILC). Her commitment continued at Florida Atlantic University, where she served as Vice President and President, again achieving top 10 ILC finishes in Medical Innovation and Prepared Speaking. Beyond competition, Alexis has demonstrated sustained dedication through mentorship, scientific research, and service as a judge at both state and international conferences. Now pursuing her medical education at Baptist University College of Osteopathic Medicine, she remains deeply connected to HOSA’s mission. Alexis embodies lifelong membership, using her skills to advance healthcare and inspire future professionals.
