Welcome to a new term of After School Activities (ASAs)
We’re excited to offer a new set of activities this term and hope your child finds something fun and interesting to join. The programme is designed to help children learn new things and improve existing skills. This term, students can join activities with others from different year groups, so take a look at the list of activities available. Make sure to read the activity descriptions before making your choices.
Please read the information below carefully—it should answer most of your questions. If you still need help, feel free to contact the school office.
Registration & Payment
We are using this website for ASA sign-ups: https://www.schoolbookings.net/code. You must register online to book your child’s spot. Activities are first-come, first-served, and spaces are limited, so it's best to book early. Registration opens at 20:00 on Monday 01st September and will close at 08:00 on Thursday 04th September. Please be aware that you will not be able to make any bookings either before or after those times.
You can sign your child up for as many activities as you like during the week.
Activity fees vary depending on what’s needed for each one. The minimum cost is RM40 for the full term. Some activities cost more, especially those using extra materials or run by external providers. All payments should be made to Miss Sarrika in the school office.
Children in Reception to Year 8 are able to book an activity on any day of the week
The online system records in real-time the availability of places so you will be able to see if your child has been successful in gaining a place on the chosen activity.
How to Register for After School Activities Online
Go to https://www.schoolbookings.net/code
(You’ll be guided through 3 easy steps.)
Enter the Event Code in the box.
(This code will be emailed to parents.)
Type in your email address.
(You’ll get a confirmation email with your bookings.)
Enter your full name.
Choose how many children you are booking for, then enter their names.
Click the green "Go" button to continue.
On the next page, select a class in the first box, and an activity in the second box.
(More activity boxes—up to 5—will appear as you make selections.)
Click the green "Go" button again.
Tick the checkbox for the time(s) of the activity your child will join.
Click the green "Go" button to confirm your bookings.
Click the green “Finished” button after checking your booking details.
You’ll get a confirmation email with all your booking times.
If needed, you can view, change, or cancel your bookings by:
Clicking the link in your email, or
Going back to https://www.schoolbookings.net/code and entering the event code again.
How can I make payment?
Payment can be made in cash or Touch'n Go to Ms. Sarrika in the school office.
Payment can also be made by online transfer. Once transferred, please email a copy of the transfer along with child's name and activities to asa@scips.org.my

Please do not make any payment until the activities have been confirmed as running and you will receive an invoice to pay for the activities. This will be on Monday 08th of September 2025.
Transport
If your child is returning home after ASAs in any way other than being collected by a parent or guardian, please communicate this to your CLASS TEACHER and the SCHOOL OFFICE. This could be an arrangement for the term or an alternative for one particular pick up.
It is the parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that children are picked up on time after the clubs. For those children who take the bus you are responsible for arranging this with Mr Jeffrey. Any children left in school 15 minutes after the collection time will need to be signed out from the office.
Stopping an activity or teacher unavailable to take the activity
If a child signs up for an activity and then decides to stop the activity part way through the term, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND GIVEN. If a teacher is away for any reason, the children in that club will be reallocated to an ASA or the activity will be covered for the day. There may be an element of choice provided.
Switching activities is discouraged. If a switch is requested at any stage in the term, this will depend on the availability of space for the other activity and PARENTS WILL BE CHARGED FOR BOTH ACTIVITIES FOR THE DURATION OF THE TERM. This is because activities are approved to run based on the original numbers signing up for the activity.
Timings
All activities will begin at 1505
Children should be given a snack to have during their afternoon break which will take place between the end of the normal school day and the start of the activity
Pick up at the end of the activity will be from the front of the school so please check to see where your child is each day
Siblings will be linked up with older siblings so there is one pick up
Start & Finish Dates
Activities will commence on Monday 08th September 2025. All activities will finish on Friday 05th December 2025.
