Where do I collect my child at dismissal?
Pick up times for all children will be at 1600
The place for pick up will be at the front of school so please look out for your particular activity. It will not necessarily be the same place as their normal end of school pick up.
Please also note that pick up for Primary Swimming FOBISIA Squad Training is at different location. See below for more details.

How many activities can my child participate in?
Children in Reception - Y8 are allowed to participate in activities every day. We advise you to think about what your child is able to cope with and how it fits with any external activities/tuition they may have so they are not overwhelmed.
How can I make payment?
Payment can be made in cash , Touch'n Go to Ms. Sarrika in the school office.
Payment can also be made by online transfer. Once transferred, please email a copy of the transfer along with child's name and activities to asa@scips.org.my

Please do not make any payment until the activities have been confirmed as running and you will receive an invoice to pay for the activities.
What if I have children that have a different pick-up time?
All activities end at the same time of 1600.
If your child doing an activity has siblings in Nursery, unfortunately, we are unable to have the younger children at school during the ASA programme and the Nursery children will need to be collected at 1425.
What will happen if my child's activity gets cancelled because of low numbers?
As soon as the registration is complete (Friday 18th April 2025 at 0800) we will be able to determine which activities are too low on numbers to run. We will contact parents to let them know this is the case and offer them other activities for that day.
Changing Activity
Please note carefully that switching activities are strongly advised against. If you choose to switch activities you will be charged for both activities for the duration of the term. This is because activities run based on the number of children signing up and your decision may force an activity to close or run under the required activity.
What should my child wear?
If the activity is a sports activity, your child should wear their school PE kit. They can simply bring a change of t-shirt/shorts and their trainers in their bag and they will be able to change at the end of the school day.
Certain activities such as martial arts may require you to wear sport-appropriate equipment.
Will there be time for my child to have a snack in the afternoon?
Yes - they will have a period where registration will take place between the end of the school day and the beginning of the ASA. This would be the ideal to time to have a small snack if they need one.
Please make sure this snack is packed at the beginning of the day or sent in with their lunch as there will not be an opportunity to collect them after lunchtime.
