Humanity is building intelligence faster than it is building agreement.

We are connecting everything —
people, machines, governments, homes, cities, economies and Ai, while the systems connecting them remain fragmented, opaque and increasingly difficult for any individual to understand.

We talk constantly about AI alignment.

But there is a question underneath it:

Aligned with what?

Humanity does not have a single objective function.

We disagree.

We have different cultures, histories, needs, values, fears and dreams.
That is not a defect to eliminate.
It is the reality any genuinely aligned system must begin with.

.scifx is an attempt to build human alignment as infrastructure.

Not a system that tells humanity what to think.
A system that helps us understand:

what exists
what happened
what people need
what people believe
what we agree on
what we disagree on
what our options are
and what happened after we acted.

The goal is not consensus.

The goal is coherence.

AI should not replace human judgment.
It should help humanity see itself more clearly.
Machines bring intelligence.
Humans bring meaning.
Reality brings consequence.
Alignment lives between all three.
Before we ask machines to align with humanity,
we should build better ways for humanity to understand itself.
