Scientific Partners Limited is a private company owned and managed by a group of experienced investors with backgrounds in finance, industry and investment. The team have owned, operated and grown many different businesses including Daro Group Ltd, which grew both organically and through the acquisition of Light Years Ahead Ltd (2017) and Watersavers Ltd (2021).  Daro was sold to Intellego-Technologies AB in 2023.

We invest our own money in well established niche British manufacturing businesses which have the potential to sustain healthy growth and returns over many years.  We avoid debt and are not reliant on external capital or private equity funds.

We are long term and patient owners and work with founders and entrepreneurs seeking a long term home for their business and workforce where both can thrive. Our approach is for existing management teams to run their business and for us to provide capital, support and encouragement.
