Sign up for placement exam (if necessary)
Send immunization record (available on your Infinite Campus portal)
Accept/decline financial aid, including loans
Sign up for orientation (might have multiple parts, including online components)
Register for classes
Work with your parents and the bursar's office to plan for paying your tuition bill

Pro Tip: If you are only accepting a partial amount, make sure to start with the SUBSIDIZED loan. This loan does not accrue interest while you are in college, so it will save you money! Check out this guide for more info on federal student loans.

Everything that your college counselor helped you with, your college can help you with. You just need to reach out for it and advocate for yourself. (You can always reach out to us if you need to!):

Don't forget to join a group and/or apply to support programs!!! Getting involved on campus in your first year is one of the BEST ways to succeed in college. It helps you build a community, feel a sense of belonging, and create a support network when challenges arise.

Just walk into a professor’s/TA office hours. Get to know them and ask questions!
