To register, please fill out the form below and send your retreat fee via one of the options provided. Note that some forms of payment require a small additional processing fee. 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Cancellation policy:  50% of retreat fee will be refunded if cancellation before Dec 1;  25% refunded if cancellation before Dec 31.  No refunds after Jan 1, 2026. (Please note this is for cancellation for any reason. The way we were able to price the retreat at such a low cost while still keeping it small is that we are set up to just barely cover our expenses. We must pay for all the upfront retreat set up costs as well as all the bedrooms, meals and meeting rooms even if you don’t show up. This means that unfortunately we don’t have wiggle room on the cancellation policy. If you are concerned, please consider trip insurance. Also consider a flu shot, mask up, sleep lots, take excellent care of yourself during holidays and travel. We look forward to being with you!)

• No commuter option. Our intention is to hold a strong container for participants. 

• If you and another participant are choosing to share a room, each person gets a $30 reduction in their fee. Each participants should fill out a registration form. 

• If you have a traveling companion (who won’t be participating in the retreat) who you'd like to share your room, please REGISTER YOURSELF, then CLICK HERE to register your companion DIRECTLY with San Damiano for a personal retreat. In the 'How did you hear about us' section of that registration, please write 'sharing room with a participant in Brian Swimme retreat' and indicate what kind of bed setup desired (shared or twin).
