BEFORE any student can participate in tryouts, the following requirements must be met: 

1. Arbiter Sports Registration Complete - (This is the first thing you should do)

2. Updated Physical on File with the Athletic Department 

   • You are not allowed to start unless the Athletic Department has a physical on file completed within the past 13 months.

   • You can submit this 3 different ways.

     • Attach to Arbiter Sports Registration

     • Email: j.barnes@schoolsofwestfield.org

     • Drop off to the school 

3. Impact/Baseline Concussion Testing 

   • This must be completed every two years (Typically done Freshmen & Junior Year)

   • After registering on Arbiter Sports, we will manually send out links to take the concussion/baseline test to take at home. 

   • This link will be sent within a week of registering on Arbiter Sports

4. Pass four classes with a 60% or better- WHS

5. Pass four classes with a 60% or better and pass shop- WTA
