Digital Citizenship - 1 (Digital Footprints)

In this unit students will look at how what others see us online determine how they feel about us.
We ask students to look at their Digital Footprint and consider how that might be seen by others now and in the future.

There are other important elements of Digital Citizenship that students in year 7 should know but will need to be reinforced in regular classes.

Passwords
- keeping passwords safe
- password formats to make them difficult to copy
Finding the balance with device usage
Avoiding Phishing
Finding Credible News

Digital Citizenship - 2 (Four Factors of Fair Use)

In this unit students will investigate, is it right to copy stuff off the internet and use it in your assignment.
