Thanks to a partnership between Utah State Board of Education and Google for Education, we are excited to offer professional development around artifical intelligence for both K12 and Higher Education leaders, educators, and IT professionals. These training sessions are free and open to all educators across the state thanks to generous support from Google for Education.
To register for these training sessions, please review the three groups below and register for the group that best meets your role:
Education Leadership - Higher education, district, and charter school leaders including administrators, coaches, and support teams.
English, Math, and Science Educators - Higher education and secondary K12 educators in English, Math, and Science classrooms
IT Professional - Higher Education and K12 IT teams

Please join USBE and Google for Education for a series of webinars and in-person convening to help K12 and higher education leaders explore potential best practices with AI in education in English, Math and Science. These sessions are free and open to all Utah K12 secondary English, Math and Science teacher and higher education instructors and professors who teach English, Math, and Science introductory courses.
This program includes four weeks of virtual training on AI leading to two days training and work time to produce emerging best practices documents around AI in these content areas. You will work on teams to produce a document that shares those best practices which will then be published by Google on their blogs for worldwide audiences.
This program cannot pay for travel or overnight stays. If you choose to stay overnight, all costs are on participants.
