NYC 2022 School Survey

Every year, a school survey is asked to be completed by families, teachers and school staff members in grades 3-k through 12. The survey gives the school leaders a better understanding of what you and other members of your school community think about your school. The information collected by the survey is designed to support a dialogue among all members of your school community about how to make your school a better place to learn.
