WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?

You may have noticed that the PTA holds many fundraisers throughout the year and also collects donations from those who would like to contribute. All board and membership positions of the PTA are made up of volunteers  and 100% unpaid.

SO WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?

The PTA helps support and finance many of the activities and expenses that the school's limited budget cannot cover. Here is a list of some of the things that money raised by the PTA paid for last year:

• NEW RISERS IN THE AUDITORIUM

• SATURDAY LITERACY INITIATIVE

• THE SCHOOL WEBSITE

• THE DIGITAL ANNOUNCEMENT BOARD  IN THE LOBBY

• HELPED FUND GRADUATION AND "STEPPING-UP" ACTIVITIES

• HELPED ALLEVIATE SCHOOL CLUB EXPENSES (Art Club, Running Club)

• CONTRIBUTED FUNDING TOWARDS SCHOOL SPORTS CLUBS (Basketball, Volleyball)
