We are asking that you take a few minutes to complete the New York City School Survey. If you recently enrolled here at P109 you will not get one.
The survey is an important opportunity for you to share your thoughts about your school community, including communication, academic expectations, and school climate. Your feedback helps guide decisions at the school and citywide levels and supports ongoing efforts to improve our programs and services.
The survey is confidential, and your honest responses are greatly appreciated. We encourage all families to participate so that every voice is represented.
You can take the survey right now from your NYC Schools Account (NYCSA). No need to enter any codes or mail a paper survey.
If you do not have a NYCSA, reach out to your LMatthew@schools.nyc.gov and ask for your child's OSIS number, visit https://surveys.panoramaed.com/nycdoe/login , enter a lowercase f followed by your student's OSIS number-- for example, f123456789 and click on submit. Paper surveys are also available.
You can learn more about the NYC School Survey, watch a video, read frequently asked questions, all on our webpage here
While the deadline to complete the survey is April 1st, we encourage you to complete it as soon as possible. A few minutes now means you can delete the friendly survey email nudges later from myself and the schools. A happier email inbox for everyone!
