Founded on the belief that everyone has the potential to lead, Leader in Me is a comprehensive PK–12 framework that nurtures student leadership, fosters a culture of trust, and boosts academic success. This proven approach empowers students, educators, and families with essential leadership and life skills, preparing them to excel.
Leader in Me provides our children with the required tools to be independent, successful, and well-rounded community members.
The Leader in Me™ program teaches the following 7 Habits:
1. Be Proactive
2. Begin with the End in Mind
3. Put First Things First
4. Think Win-Win
5. Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood
6. Synergize
7. Sharpen the Saw
Our school believes the best way to implement the Leader in Me successfully is by incorporating the 7 habits into our daily classroom, school, and student-teacher interactions. Keeping that in mind, reinforcing the 7 habits at home will produce better results for our students.
