Cons, short for convention, are events that celebrate fandom!  The most famous Con, Comic Con, celebrates all things comics, anime and the pieces of pop-culture connected to those fandoms.  King Con will be the MLK Campus's version of Comic Con, just for our students!  

Students will get the full Con experience--they will be able to:

•  sign up for panel discussions with graphic artists

• create costumes for cos-play

• participate in gaming

• play trivia

• submit their art to be displayed at Artist Alley

• Get a New York Public Library Card

• Make connections with university art programs

• Attend an after school movie screening

All students will receive a free book, snacks and can win prizes!
