Students should also plan to report to at least 5 afterschool/weekend work calls during the Load-in before and Changeover after.
Students should plan to participate in at least 5 afterschool/weekend workcalls during the Changoever periods before (Apr 30-1, May 13-15) and/or after (May 4 to May 9)
Run Crew members report full time from May 11 through May 31
Students should plan to participate in at least 5 afterschool/weekend workcalls during the Changoever periods before (May 4-9) and/or Stirke after (June 1-5)
Run Crew members report full time from May 16 May 31
There will be Load-in, Spacing calls prior to May 16, and Strike calls after May 31 in addition, but are TBA at this time
Concerts are evening events that begin at either 6 or 6:30 and last anywhere from 1 to 3 hours
