Good Evening, HSTAT Families!
We had another wonderful week. As part of the Global Studies Unit on World War II, half our sophomore cohort visited the Jewish Heritage Museum while the other half of our students engaged in a presentation given by a family member of a Holocaust survivor. Students are using these experiences to support the project they have been working on in their Global Studies classes. Also, the PTA’s Valentine’s Day Rose fundraiser was a huge success! Thank you to the Executive Board for organizing.
As we head into our winter break, I wish a Happy Lunar New Year and a Peaceful and Healthy Ramadan to all who celebrate, and may everyone have a restful week off.
School resumes on Monday, February 23rd. We will see you soon!
Sincerely,
Xhenete Shepard
