Galapagos Islands Research Project

We are pleased to present the research projects completed by our students using the Big 6 Research Process. Students went on a virtual field trip to the Galapagos Islands and chose their own topic for research. The process included:

*Developing an essential question

*Generating supporting questions

*Finding relevant sources using keywords and other search strategies for search engines and databases

*Distinguishing relevant from irrelevant information

*Organizing their work

*Creating a Citation page

*Choosing and creating a final product
