New York City Public High School students applying for regular or SEEK/CD admission should use the new CUNY Fast App🔗.
CUNY offers more than 2,800 top-notch academic programs for degree-seeking students. Undergraduate programs will lead to either an associate or the bachelor’s degree. An associate’s degree requires approximately 60 college credits while a bachelor’s typically requires 120 college credits. Click the links below to search through academic programs offered at the undergraduate colleges of CUNY; programs are listed in alphabetical order by name. Please note, some programs may not be listed, but for complete program listing please see specific CUNY college web sites 🔗.

This tutorial video will guide New York City Public School students on how to quickly apply to CUNY. New York City Public School (NYCPS) students will have the application fee waived if submitted between October 27 to November 21, 2025.

1. Log in to your CUNY First account🔗.
2. Select “Admissions Center”.
3. Select “Admission Self Service”.
4. Navigate to the Supporting Materials section.
5. Click Add supporting material.
6. From the drop-down menu select the type you wish to send.
7. Attach the document and upload.

5. Click Add a recommender.
6. Answer the FERPA question.
7. Complete the online form.
8. Double check the recommender’s information, especially the email.
9. Click "Save" to confirm the addition of the recommender.
Current HS of Economics & Finance (HSEF) students will have the application fee waived of up to seven (7) SUNYs waived by using the direct SUNY Application, and identifying their current high school using 333816 as the CEEB code. More information available.
