Sala Udin- Freedom Riders

Sala Udin is a freedom rider, community organizer, and he served on Pittsburgh’s City Council for 11 years. He led the design and build of Freedom Corner — a staging point for civil rights activities and education. Sala is also a theatre artist who collaborated with August Wilson for decades.
