Conflict Resolution (Two Part Workshop)
Part 1: We will explore our conceptions of conflict, debunk common myths about conflict resolution, engage in storytelling about our experiences with conflict and learn how to resolve conflicts effectively.
Part 2: We will learn more specifics about wholeheartedly listen and both knowledge and affirm feelings of our children while effectively negotiating conflict and addressing challenging behaviors.

District 79, Alternative Schools & Programs is offering tuition free adult programs in several locations in The Bronx. Courses include English as a Second Language (ESL) and High School Equivalency (HSE) GED Preparation.
NYC Solves
Beginning in the 2024-2025 school year, we will be launching an initiative called NYC Solves. The goal is to ensure that all New York City students develop math skills, a critical requirement for educational, career, and lifetime success. Based on extensive research, NYC Solves will ensure that students use high-quality curricula taught by well-trained and coached teachers.
