- SPLCI is an online system for schools to enter their PA/PTA & SLT contact information and financial reports.
- FAM allows schools and support staff to assist parents in creating and managing an NYC Schools Account by:
Creating accounts in person (custodial and non-custodial parents only)
Generating authorization letters, which include a unique Account Creation Code, that are sent home with students (custodial parents only)
Changing email addresses
Resetting accounts
Adding students to existing accounts
- Staff facing version of NYC Schools Account (NYCSA). Use Student Profile to view students’ academic information, attendance, emergency contact information, and other important data. Visit the Student Profile wiki
for more information. Parent coordinators can also update emergency contact and health data and download reports with this information.
- The Student Password Reset Admin is an administrative tool you can use to help students with their DOE accounts. With this tool you can:
Activate a student’s account,
Reset a student’s password,
Reset multiple student passwords at the same time, and
Unlock a student’s account.
