 - FAM allows schools and support staff to assist parents in creating and managing an NYC Schools Account by: 

• Creating accounts in person (custodial and non-custodial parents only)

• Generating authorization letters, which include a unique Account Creation Code, that are sent home with students (custodial parents only)

• Changing email addresses

• Resetting accounts

• Adding students to existing accounts

• Reset a student’s password,
