Arts Education Liaisons 

AEL Professional Learning School Year 2024-2025

This series is designed to build the capacity of school-based Arts Education Liaisons, by supporting liaisons and their role as arts leaders in their schools to:

• serve as support to school leaders in the implementation of arts programs and arts programming;

• advocate for quality arts education in the school community

• promote culturally responsive-sustaining education, diversity and inclusivity, trauma-informed pedagogy and social emotional learning within  arts learning; 

• assist in creating collaborative relationships with cultural organizations to secure external online and/or onsite resources and partnerships; and 

• align with parent coordinators in order to increase family involvement through arts-related workshops, webinars and events.
