Library Mystery of the Month

The Library Mystery of the Month encourages students to explore various aspects of knowledge. Each month students can submit their answers in the library. Students are allowed to submit only one answer per mystery. At the end of each month, all students who submit the correct answer will get a small prize, and one student will be selected at random to receive a "mini grand prize."

Click here to review the previous mysteries and grand prize winners!

Public library cards and ecards to ALL three library systems are free for anyone who lives, works, or goes to school in New York State.

For regular library cards and access to physical items, you can go to a local branch of the system with a parent or guardian.

MyLibraryNYC Partnership
To get a physical QBPL card without going in person, you can also request a MyLibraryNYC Student Card application form from Mr. Cheng or print it here (page 2 only). There is no need to submit any additional documents. Once the form is completed, return it to Mr. Cheng. Your child's QBPL MyLibraryNYC Student Card will be delivered to them in the classroom in a few weeks.
