Rising Stars 2025: Summer Independent Reading Challenge starts on June 1, 2025 and ends on July 31, 2025! Log the minutes you read and complete activities to earn badges and bingo! The schools that read the most will win prizes!
Splash Into Stories 2025: Beanstack Summer Independent Reading Challenge starts on July 1, 2025 and continues until September 1, 2025. In this challenge you can earn badges for reading, logging minutes and completing fun summer activities!
Students will be enrolled in both challenges and their reading will be entered for each challenge.
Steps to Sign into Beanstack & Log Reading
1. Sign in to Teachhub (https://teachhub.schools.nyc/).
2. Then go to Clever and click on it.
3. Click on Beanstack and you're in.
4. Then click the BLUE Log Reading button in the top left-hand corner.
5. Next click on the Log Minutes
6. Then the click on the day, enter the title, author of the book read and how many minutes read (or start a reading timer), finally click Log and you're done.
