Parent Teacher Conferences May 8, 2025

Parent-teacher conferences will be held virtually (not in person) on Thursday, May 8. The evening session will begin at 4:30 p.m. and end at 7:30 p.m. Because parent-teacher conferences are not held in person, you will need to schedule a virtual appointment or phone call with your child's teachers. Instructions are below.

Click the down arrow next to your child's grade and select your child's class. This will take you to a list of your child's teachers and a link to their calendars.

Click the name of the teacher you wish to schedule a meeting with, and it will link to their calendar.

Select May 8th and an available time.

Check your email after booking the appointment for confirmation and meeting information.

Note: You can join the Google Meet by clicking Join Google Meet in the email invitation, or you can join by phone using the number and PIN listed in the email invitation. Make sure to do this at the time you selected for your appointment.
