Regarding landscape crew members:
- We advertise open positions via Facebook, email customers, and in-store postings.
- Most of our candidates are just walk-ins.
- Management interviews candidates, and makes hiring decisions.
- Usually we hope to hire experience.
- Attitude is huge.
- New employees get a lot of on the job training with experienced staff.
- Pay statistics were not available but we are open to suggestions.
