Students analyzed Biggby's summer hours of 2017 and decided how many employees will be needed for summer 2018. They create a schedule for the week of 6.4.18 to 6.10.18, based off last year's data and learned about income and keeping employees happy.
Engineering students gave input on size, layout, interior design and any other variables on the expansion project of a local doctors office. Research of feasibility, pros, and cons addition vs. purchase of adjacent property all were considered and presented.
