GOTR Help Needed
Hello Schoolcraft T/Th GOTR Families,
We are so excited for the Spring 2024 season of Girls on the Run, now less than 6 weeks away!
However, we need YOUR HELP!
We are still in need of 1 volunteer coach for the T/TH GOTR team at Schoolcraft Elementary. Without this coach, we will be faced with the possibility of canceling this year’s GOTR team.
The T/Th GOTR team at Schoolcraft meets from 3:15-4:45 pm from March 4th – May 21st.
Have you considered coaching? Maybe you know someone who would make a great GOTR coach?

Girls on the Run coaches don’t have to be runners; they just need to be committed to being a positive, encouraging, and inclusive role model for their team of girls! Our coaches are at the heart of what makes Girls on the Run a program unlike any other. At every practice, their encouragement inspires girls to live fearlessly. During each lesson, their empathy reminds girls their words are worthy.
Girls on the Run provides the training and tools you’ll need to lead the girls through each practice. GOTR Coach Trainings are coming up next month, so sign up to coach today to ensure you have ample time to prepare for the season!
For more information and to apply, visit: https://www.girlsontherunkazoo.org/Coach. If you have questions about coaching, please contact Janet, Program Coordinator, at janet@girlsontherunkazoo.org or 269.491.6885.
Schoolcraft’s remaining GOTR coach needs to be secured as soon as possible in order to move forward with the T/Th team this season. If these volunteers are not secured in time for the season, we will contact you regarding team cancellation/refunds.
Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns. Thank you!
