READ AT HOME RESOURCES

The "READ AT HOME" website aims to share links and resources from Southwest Michigan's Public Schools with you. The tabs on this site are organized by skill level. By reading with your child for 20 minutes each day and incorporating a few simple strategies into your daily routine, you can positively influence your child's reading success.

Our Y5S - 6th-grade elementary students will parade around the exterior of Schoolcraft Elementary School for our annual Halloween Parade. You're invited to watch!

When: October 30th at 8:20 A.M.

Where to watch: You can watch from the car drop-off lane on the east side of the building or the bus loop as students walk by. Please leave the sidewalks open for our students.

Parade route: Students and staff will exit the south side of the building and parade around the east side.

Parking: The west or east side parking lots

We look forward to this fun annual tradition. Come join us!

SAFE STORAGE LAW

Michigan's secure storage law took effect on February 13, 2024, to help protect the state's youth and reduce firearm injuries. The law requires firearm owners to securely store firearms whenever minors are present or likely to be present. It also requires schools to share this information with all parents and guardians to help them, firearm owners, and others understand and comply with Michigan's secure storage law.
