3. Spend 10 minutes creating things you know about this project and things you'll need to know to pull it off! Utilize the video shared in #1 as well as the resources below.
Requirements:
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of current culture.
- Identify current strengths in the work, workplace, and workplace culture that could be promoted.
- Identify opportunities to change culture to attract/retain employees.
- Include evidence from top rated cultures from a variety of fields/organizations/workplaces (especially in similar industry areas).
