Tuition 

Registration Fee: A registration fee of $150.00 is required to secure a spot and cover annual student testing. Please note that this fee is non-refundable. 

Tuition Fees: 

The annual charge is $6,500, encompassing the yearly tuition and necessary supplies for students.

ScholarQuest Christian Academy provides families with a diverse selection of tuition payment options, including:

Annual Plan: Tuition minus registration fee, due by August 01.

Bi-Annual Plan: Tuition minus registration fee, divided by two equal payments due by August 1 and September 1.

Bank Draft Ten- Month Plan: Tuition minus registration fee, divided by ten equal monthly payments. Drafts can be drawn on the 1st or 15th of each month until the fulfillment of tuition.

Credit Card Plan: SQCA accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA card payments for any of the payment plans listed.

ScholarQuest Christian Academy is delighted to provide our Before / After School Program to families who require childcare beyond the standard school day. The contract rates also encompass Early Dismissal Days. On these days, non-contract students will be assessed a rate of $5.00 per hour.

Before / After School Hours: 

6:00 am to 6:00 pm

Before / After School Tuition Hourly Rate:

Hourly Rate - $5.00 an hour 

Before / After School Tuition Daily Rate:

Daily Rate - $25.00

Before / After School Tuition Weekly Rate:

Weekly Rate - $75.00

Before / After School Tuition Drop-In Rate:

Drop-In Rate - $5.00 an hour

At SQCA, parents who enroll multiple children are eligible for a 10% tuition reduction.
