Lessons of why Fast Food is Bad

Hello! This lesson will be about fast food, and why it is bad to eat out every day and what it is doing to your health!
I learned this from my parents, school, online, etc...
I will explain about eating out and about the health risks of fast food.
Hope this helps, it is ok to eat out sometimes but not all the time!
The first lesson about fast food is that fast food has High in Sodium, Potential for a Chronic Diseases, Low in Nutrients, etc.
-What High Sodium can do to your body and health, Cardiovascular effects, Kidney and urinary system effects, Bone and skeletal health, Gastrointestinal and other risks, other
- Short-Term symptoms are, Bloating and puffiness, increased thirst, Headaches, fatigue, palpitations, and Sleep disturbances.
-What Potential Chronic Diseases can do to your health, Physical effects, Mental and emotional, impact, social and daily life effects, economic and healthcare impact,
-Long-Term outcomes, impeding physical health, limiting daily and social activities, creating economic strain, increasing susceptibility to additional health problems.
-What low nutrients can do to your body, muscle wasting and weakness, fatigue and low energy, hormonal imbalances delayed growth in children.
-Micronutrient Deficiencies, Vitamin A, vitamin D and calcium, iron, vitamin B12 and folate, vitamin C, Lodine and magnesium, potassium.
This is also trying to say it is not bad to go on a diet.

Second lesson
The fast food places that you shouldn’t go to everyday are,
McDonald’s, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Subway, Chick-fil-A, Arby’s, Sonic, and Whataburger. These fast-food places are the ones you should never go to every day, maybe just once a month would be ok for your health and body.
High sodium: Can lead to a range of symptoms, from mild to severe.
Potential Chronic Diseases: Can significantly impact your body and lead to various symptoms.
Low Nutrients: Can significantly impact your body in several ways.
-This shows that eating out can be very bad for your body eating out sometimes can be good but personally I don’t like eating out I like making homemade foods like bread, cookies, rolls, cupcake, cake pops, etc.
-But I’m not going to lie I do eat out sometimes but not a lot because I already know it is bad for my health you can also watch YouTube videos about it on YouTube there is one about McDonalds and I am traumatized.
