Here are some facts about cross country that you probably didn’t know. Cross country is considered one of the hardest sports dew to is physical and mental demand. Physically because you must run for 1-3 miles straight with possibly bad weather, and Hard terrain. Mentally because you sometimes question your ability to do it.

Tip number 2: go on runs in different terrain to train for races. Tip number 3: Learn your limits, in races push to your limits. In races pace yourself.
What to wear to cross country. For cross country you want to dress based on the weather. If it is cold you should dress in layers, and if you get hot on your run then you can take off some layers. If it is hot, then you want to get something breathable and wear shorts. Then for shoes there are a lot of good options, you should get them based on what you
