About Us

The Soquel High Library is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where all students are empowered to explore their intellectual curiosity. 

We aim to support the academic and personal growth of every student by providing access to diverse resources, encouraging a love of reading, and nurturing critical thinking.

Our library is committed to being a hub for discovery, self-expression, and lifelong learning.

Due to years of budget cuts in school libraries, we have very little funds to purchase new books or other supplies. Your support is greatly appreciated. You can help us by:

• Donating a Bookshop Santa Cruz or Amazon gift card to us;

• Purchasing an item from our Bookshop.org  or Amazon wish list  (you may drop it off at school, or have it shipped directly to us);

• Making a donation in any amount through the Soquel High Fund (please specify that the donation is for the library);

• Donating your gently used books, board games, or puzzles (ask us if you have questions about our collection policy)
