Where: Woodville Thompkins High School
Time: 6:00pm-8:00pm
What: Catered dinner provided and special awards
Who: Senior and two guests - RSVP REQUIRED
SENIOR WEEK EVENTS and Graduation Practice
MAY 9 FIELD TRIP to Enmarket Arena GRADUATION WALK THROUGH
Wear school appropriate clothes. Students need to be at SCELA (3609 Hopkins St) at 10:30 am - Pick up at 1:30 pm at SCELA.
Students will also be getting their cap and gowns during that time!
May 13- Monday- Friday May 17
All graduation practices will be held at EARLY COLLEGE school- 12:00-2:00
Transportation will be provided leaving from SCELA (3605 Hopkins St) - Must arrive at 11:15 am
STUDENTS ARE TO BE PICKED UP FROM Early College (400 Pennsylvania Ave.)

SENIOR SHIRTS
SENIOR SHIRTS ARE IN DR. Zimmerman's OFFICE. EVERY Tuesday/Thursday
9:00-2:00. ONLY IF YOU PREORDERED YOUR SHIRT-
Check with your advisor!
Girls: Black dress, black closed-toe flat shoes, black dress, no longer than the gown opening with at least a cap sleeve.
Boys: White button-down shirts for guys, black tie, black shoes, black slacks
When to Wear this Specific Attire:
- Senior Picture Mini Photo Session @ SCELA
- Senior night
- Use graduation under-gown attire.
CAP AND GOWN DEADLINE April 19!!
BE SURE TO ORDER YOUR CAP AND GOWN
The gown colors will be Navy and Gold. The cap will have a Sea Green Cord.
Graduation Packages must be ordered and paid through Herff Jones.

COMMUNITY SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:
In addition to successfully completing all academic and attendance requirements as outlined by SCCPSS and the state of Georgia, every student must complete a minimum of 20 hours of community service and submit the proper paperwork with signatures and the personal reflection to their senior advisor.
