College Board Site Help

Always use your birth name when signing up for a College Board account. If not, you will run into issues when you take the SAT and/or PSAT and try to retrieve your scores. You will be given an opportunity to list your preferred name.

Use a personal email account. If you ever leave SCCPSS (i.e. move, graduate) you will no longer have access to your school email. This is important if it is associated with your College Board account.

If you want to make changes to your email, address, etc., click on your name (upper right corner) and then click on "Account settings".

Be sure to store your password and security phrase in a safe place (Notes on your phone is a good option). College Board will not speak to you if you do not know your security phrase. Have access to your account, but you forgot your security phrase? You can find it in your "Account Settings".
