Better Together — Youth & Family Health Team Up
with Jeff Kramer, CEO Comedy Sportz San Jose
Health and wellness are easier—and way more fun—when we do them together! This lively, hands-on workshop brings young people and families together to build stronger connections, boost communication, and learn how to support each other’s health and wellness goals as a team.
What You Can Expect:
Establish Bonds & Commonality: Uncover shared family goals, discover common interests, and strengthen the supportive relationships that bring everyone closer.
Explore Trust, Cooperation & Sharing Mistakes: Build a zero-judgment zone where taking risks, making missteps, and trying new wellness habits are celebrated as key parts of learning together.
Practice Positive Communication: Practice fun, real-world active listening games and open dialogue to make talking about health, feelings, and daily routines easy and open for all ages.
Develop a "Yes, And" Skillset: Learn popular improv games that teach everyone how to say "Yes, and..." to each other’s ideas, turning everyday decision-making into creative teamwork.
Deepen Your Leadership Skills: Empower youth to take charge of their own health journey while giving parents and peers the tools to guide, encourage, and lead by example.
