The Santa Clara County Office of Education, in partnership with the Charter Schools Development Center, is offering a professional learning series as part of the California Department of Education’s Statewide Technical Assistance for Charter Schools (STACS) Subgrant. This series supports equitable instruction for socioeconomically disadvantaged students and the implementation of innovative strategies.

Webinars (BPW)

BPWs provide foundational learning on evidence-based strategies and practical tools for equitable, high-quality teaching. They serve as the starting point for a broader professional learning model, preparing participants to explore, adapt, and apply these practices through Continuous Improvement Network (CIN) cycles.

Each CIN cycle is intentionally designed to build on the content introduced in the Best Practices Webinars (BPWs). Participants can adapt practices to their specific contexts, test them in real settings, and refine them through collaborative inquiry.
