Jordan Blanton is currently the Director of Multilingual Learners at Rocketship Public Schools and spent the last 10 years teaching and leading in linguistically diverse communities. She loves exploring with language and is hopeful that her two young sons will achieve bilingualism and biliteracy.
Alice Chen was an elementary school teacher in Taiwan before immigrating to the U.S. when her kids were 6 and 9 years old. In the U.S., she was a classroom volunteer, taught Chinese classes with the Berryessa Chinese School, was a para-educator, and is now a SDC teacher.

Neltsy has served as the Lead Parent of the Los Dichos program at Rocketship Si Se Puede for several years. She creates lesson plans and trains parent volunteers to co-teach a multilingual literacy experience. Neltsy is also a mom to two bilingual daughters.
My name is Michael Niem Sharpe, I graduated from San Jose State University with a B.A degree in Political Science . I'm currently working as a mental health peer support worker for the County of Santa Clara's Department of Behavioral Health Services an have been doing so over the last 10 years or so. I work in the CCWP (Cultural Communities Wellness Program ) providing outreach ,mental health education and workshops , peer support to consumers and family members of mental health , with focusing on the underserved communities throughout Santa Clara County. I'm bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
Stephanie Tague serves as the coordinator for Santa Clara County Office of Education’s regional Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Technical Assistance Center. Stephanie has served California’s educational system in a variety of roles during her tenure, from AmeriCorps volunteer to administrator. Prior to succumbing to the siren call of the Golden State, Stephanie worked as a behavioral health social worker with a focus on special needs populations in Pennsylvania. She received her degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
